Every distribution is an opportunity to nourish and connect.
In partnership with Feeding South Florida and local community sites, Sprout Up provides more than just food—we offer connection, care, and a path forward.
Operating four days a week across trusted neighborhood locations, our food distribution program reaches thousands of families each year. In 2024 alone, we served 3,730 households throughout South Dade, meeting urgent needs while opening doors to additional resources and support.
Whether you need groceries for the week or a place to feel seen and supported, we’re here for you.

Participants only need to register once.
We’ve made it easy. If you’re a member of one of our partnering churches or schools and are in need of food assistance, please complete the Sprout Up Food Distribution Registration Form. A member of our team will reach out directly to follow up.

Interested in Volunteering?
Volunteers can complete the Volunteer Interest Form and we will follow up with them. By completing the Volunteer Interest Form, you can become an integral part of our team. We rely on volunteers to assist with various tasks, including packing boxes of food, distributing the food, and helping with breakdowns at the conclusion of each distribution. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our community members.
